Randall was born in San Jose California. He graduated high school in 1978 from Warren High School. He then continued his education at the University of Arkansas at Monticello for two years. Randall and his family reside in Banks Arkansas.
In 1976 he began his career in the automotive parts industry and is Master Certified in Ford, Lincoln, Mercury and Toyota.
